Shailendra Jain, Senior Advocate

Designated a Senior Advocate by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in 2014, Shailendra Jain has appeared as counsel before the High Court and the Supreme Court for close to four decades.

His core expertise lies in urban and town planning laws, land acquisition and compensation under the RFCTLARR Act, 2013, RERA and real estate regulation, and commercial and plotted colony planning, alongside a wide constitutional, environmental, intellectual property, service, corporate, taxation and arbitration practice. He advises government departments and statutory authorities on town planning and development policy.

He is regularly briefed by leading corporate clients and State instrumentalities in matters that shape land, planning and regulatory policy in the region. He has represented several high-profile clients and has been appointed as an amicus curiae by the Court in several matters, such as the recent Punjab Land Pooling Policy case.

Peeyushi Diwan Jain, Advocate, Author and Consultant

Peeyushi Diwan Jain has practised at the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the Supreme Court since 1990, across constitutional and writ jurisdiction, as well as family, civil, service, labour, revenue, land acquisition and consumer matters.

She provides specialist consultancy in personal laws and family law, including marriage and divorce, maintenance, custody and guardianship, adoption (domestic and inter-country), CARA and Hague Convention matters, NRI and cross-border matrimonial disputes, succession, wills and testamentary matters, partition, joint family and coparcenary disputes, dowry and matrimonial cruelty, domestic violence, and women's and children's legal protection.

Daughter of the late Dr Paras Diwan, she is co-author of 31 legal commentaries with him, including Modern Hindu Law and Family Law, which remain standard references for the Bench, Bar, and academia.

Samkiti Jain, Advocate

Samkiti Jain is an independent counsel practising before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Punjab and Haryana High Court and various tribunals, in constitutional, land and revenue, service, personal, criminal and commercial matters, as well as arbitration and writ jurisdiction. She is also a Certified Mediation Counsel under the IMAT programme by The PACT and GAADR.

She specialises in conveyancing and transactional work, including agreements to sell, sale deeds, wills, memorandums of association, bye-laws and allied commercial and property documentation. She takes end-to-end responsibility for client consultation, drafting, filing and court appearances.

She has been twice appointed Local Commissioner by the Delhi High Court in trademark and patent infringement matters. She is empanelled with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (SCLSC) and as counsel for the Election Commission of India (Haryana). She previously served as Law Clerk cum Legal Researcher at the Delhi High Court.
